Principles of Operation: Antenna

The AM/FM antenna mast receives radio waves and sends them to the ACM  through the AM/FM antenna cable.

If the vehicle is satellite radio-ready, a satellite/GPS  radio antenna is utilized. The roof-mounted satellite/GPS  radio antenna receives digital audio signals and transfers them to the ACM  through the satellite radio antenna cable.
