DTC U0131 (Lost Communication With Power Steering Control Module) - sets in continuous memory in the Instrument Cluster (IC) if data messages received from the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) (part of the steering column) over the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN) are missing.
