Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Evaporator Core Housing .
  2. Remove the vacuum reservoir tank.
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Drill out the heat stake.
    3. Remove the vacuum reservoir tank.

  3. Disconnect the vacuum harness.

    NOTE: Use a screw in place of the heat stake to install the vacuum reservoir.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
