Removal And Installation

All vehicles
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING article.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES article.
- Disconnect the electrical connector, spring-loaded clamps and the fuel vapor hoses and remove the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor.
- Disconnect the FTP sensor electrical connector.
- Press down and rotate the fuel pressure sensor counterclockwise and remove from the fuel tank.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
