Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the bolts and position the hood latch aside.
    • To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).
  2. Disconnect and remove the hood latch release cable from the latch.
  3. Remove the hood latch.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Lower the hood to check the hood latch alignment.
