Pinpoint Test O: The Vehicle Power Gauge Is Inoperative (Hybrid)

O1 VERIFY THAT THE IPC IS IN THE CORRECT DISPLAY SETTING
- Ignition ON.
- Using the setup menu, verify that the IPC is in the empower display mode.
- Is the IPC in the empower display mode?
- Yes : GO to O2.
- No : SET the display setting to empower mode.
O2 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE PCM KOEO SELF-TEST
- Check for recorded PCM DTCs from the Key ON Engine OFF (KOEO) self-test.
- Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes : DIAGNOSE all PCM DTCs first. REFER to the INTRODUCTION - GASOLINE MODELS and INTRODUCTION -- HYBRID .
- No : GO to O3.
O3 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE BPSM SELF-TEST
- Check for recorded BPSM DTCs from the self-test.
- Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes : DIAGNOSE all BPSM DTCs first. REFER to HIGH VOLTAGE TRACTION BATTERY .
- No : GO to O4.
O4 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE IPC SELF-TEST
- Check for recorded DTCs from the IPC self-test.
- Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes : REFER to DTC TABLES .
- No : INSTALL a new IPC . REFER to INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) . TEST the system for normal operation.
