Wiper Mounting Arm and Pivot Shaft

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the cowl panel grille.

2. Remove the 3 windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly bolts and the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).





3. Disconnect the windshield wiper motor electrical connector.

4. Remove the wiper motor assembly. For additional information, refer to Wiper Motor - Windshield Wiper Motor - Windshield.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
