PINPOINT TEST KM: Air Conditioning Clutch Relay (A/CCR) Circuit: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- A/CCR
- harness circuits: VPWR, A/CCR, A/CCS
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
