PINPOINT TEST KN: Variable Speed Electric Cooling Fan: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- variable speed electric cooling fan (8T00)
- harness circuits: FCV, B+, GND
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
