Gearshift Lever: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the console. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE article.
  2. Disconnect the shift cable ends at the shift and select levers.
    3. CAUTION: Carefully disconnect the cable from the shift lever base. Do not damage the shift cable retainers.
  3. Disconnect the gearshift cables from the gearshift lever base.

  4. Remove the 4 gearshift lever nuts.
  5. Remove the gearshift lever assembly.
