Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  2. Position the watershield aside.
  3. Open the clip and disconnect the actuating rod.

  4. Remove the exterior rear door handle. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR REAR DOOR HANDLE - SUPERCAB  in this article.
  5. Remove the door latch remote control.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
