Passenger retractor

  1. When servicing the passenger safety belt retractor, depower the SRS. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering in the General Procedures portion of SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM article.


  1. When servicing the passenger safety belt retractor, disconnect the belt tension sensor (BTS) electrical connector.


  1. When servicing the passenger safety belt retractor, repower the SRS. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering in the General Procedures portion of SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM article.
