Normal Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Mercury Milan, 2006 Lincoln Zephyr, and 2006 Ford Fusion. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The operating voltage required to supply the hydraulic pump motor is in a range between 10 and 16 volts.

Fused battery voltage for the hydraulic pump is supplied to the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module, from battery junction box (BJB) fuse 36 (40A), along circuit SBB36 (GN/RD). Ground for the hydraulic pump is provided through the ABS module along circuit GD123 (BK/GY).
