Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the rear door latch. For additional information, refer to REAR DOOR LATCH .
    2. NOTE: Pry up on the locking tab with a suitable tool to release the ajar switch from the door latch.
  2. Remove the door ajar switch from the latch.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
