Normal Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Ford F550 Super Duty, 2006 Ford F450 Super Duty, and 2006 Ford Cab & Chassis. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

When the parking lamps are on, voltage is routed to the headlamp switch through circuit 14 (BN). When the fog lamp switch is engaged, voltage is routed to the fog lamp relay coil, which is integral to the central junction box (CJB), through circuit 275 (YE). The fog lamp relay coil is grounded through circuit 57 (BK). The fog lamp relay voltage supply is received from CJB fuse 43 (10A). When the fog lamp relay is energized, voltage is routed to the fog lamps through circuit 478 (TN/OG).
