Removal and Installation

    WARNING: If equipped with fire suppression system, depower the system. For important safety warnings and procedures, refer to FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM .
  1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister. For additional information, refer to EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANISTER  .
  2. Disconnect the EVAP vapor tube from the dust separator.
  3. Depress the lock tab on the inside of the EVAP canister to release the dust separator.

  4. Disconnect the EVAP canister vapor outlet tube and remove the dust separator from the EVAP canister bracket.

  5. WARNING: If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system. For important safety warnings and procedures, refer to FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM .
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
