Coolant Pump Belt: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    NOTE: To install the coolant pump belt, remove the 2 splash shields for access to the crankshaft bolt.
  1. Remove the 4 screws and position the RH fender splash shield aside.

  3. Remove the 6 pin-type retainers and the RH splash shield.

  5. Install the coolant pump belt on the coolant pump pulley and position it on the camshaft pulley.

    NOTE: Do not use any screwdrivers, pliers or other metal objects that could cause damage to the belt or camshaft pulley while installing the belt.
  7. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise to seat the coolant pump belt on the camshaft pulley.
  8. Install the RH splash shield and the 6 pin-type retainers.

  10. Position the RH fender splash shield and install the 4 screws.
