Pinpoint Test Dm: Manifold Absolute Pressure (Map) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (9F479)
- harness circuits: MAP, SIGRTN, and VREF
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
