Output Shaft Speed (OSS) Sensor: Installation

    NOTE: Apply a light coat of petroleum jelly to the O-ring before installation.
  1. Install the OSS sensor.
    • Tighten the OSS sensor bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
    • Connect the OSS electrical connector.

  3. Check the transmission fluid level and add transmission fluid as necessary.

  5. Start the engine and move the selector lever through all gear positions.
