Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) in Drive Mode

The Drive Mode allows the technician to turn the TCC off and on.
Drive Mode for TCC OFF operates only when:
- OSS and TR sensors are operational.
- No OSS and TR sensor DTCs are set.
- Engine is ON.
- Selector lever is in D.
- Vehicle speed is above 32 km/h (20 MPH).
Drive Mode for TCC ON operates ONLY when:
- OSS and TR sensors are operational.
- No OSS and TR sensor DTCs are set.
- Engine is ON.
- Selector lever is in D.
- Vehicle speed is above 32 km/h (20 MPH).
- Transaxle in 2nd gear or higher.
- Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) is between 16°C-135°C (60°F-275°F).
- Brake is not applied below 32 km/h (20 MPH).
- Steady vehicle speed is maintained.
