The message center display is blank	Instrument cluster	INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The distance to empty (DTE)/average/instantaneous fuel economy is inoperative	Instrument cluster	CHECK the operation of the speedometer, the odometer, and the fuel gauge. If the speedometer, odometer, and fuel gauge operate correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the speedometer, odometer, or fuel gauge is inoperative, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER .
The charging system warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	CHECK the operation of the charging system warning indicator. If the charging system warning indicator operates correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the charging system warning indicator does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis.
The low washer fluid level warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	CHECK the operation of the low washer fluid level indicator. If the low washer fluid level indicator operates correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the low washer fluid level indicator does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis.
The oil life warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	CHECK the operation of the speedometer and the odometer gauges. If the gauges operate correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the gauges do not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis.
The exterior lamp status warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	CHECK the operation of the exterior lamps. If the exterior lamps operate correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the exterior lamps do not operate correctly, REFER to EXTERIOR LIGHTING to continue diagnosis.
The brake fluid level warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
The door/liftgate ajar warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
The low tire warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
The low fuel level warning is incorrect	Instrument cluster	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
