If the speedometer, odometer, and fuel gauge operate correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the speedometer, odometer, or fuel gauge do not operate correctly, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis of the gauges.
The LIFTGATE AJAR display does not operate correctly	Instrument cluster	CHECK the door ajar warning indicator for correct operation. If the door ajar warning indicator does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis of the door ajar warning indicator. If the door ajar warning indicator operates correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The TRUNK AJAR display does not operate correctly	Instrument cluster	CHECK the door ajar warning indicator for correct operation. The OIL LIFE display does not operate correctly	Instrument cluster	NOTE: The oil life display is calculated by mileage and time (8047 km [5000 miles]/180 days). The counter starts when the vehicle is built. RESET the oil life display, and advise the operator to have the oil changed at the recommended service interval. REFER to the Owner's Literature for additional information. CHECK the operation of the speedometer gauge and the odometer display. If the gauges operate correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation. If the gauges do not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis.
The CHECK FUEL CAP display does not operate correctly	Instrument cluster	CHECK the check fuel cap warning indicator for correct operation. If the check fuel cap warning indicator does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis of the check fuel cap warning indicator. If the check fuel cap warning indicator operates correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The DRIVER'S DOOR, PASSENGER'S DOOR, LEFT REAR DOOR, AND RIGHT REAR DOOR AJAR display does not operate correctly	Instrument cluster	CHECK the door ajar warning indicator for correct operation. If the door ajar warning indicator does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to continue diagnosis of the door ajar warning indicator.
