Fuel Sending Unit
Remove fuel pump/sending unit assembly. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Measure resistance between Blue/Red and Black wire terminals on fuel pump module while adjusting fuel tank float to positions as specified. See Fig 1. See FLOAT POSITION RESISTANCE table. Gradually move float and monitor resistance for even change. If resistance change is erratic or not as specified, replace fuel pump sending unit.
