Instantaneous Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is determined by a speed sensor signal (distance traveled) and the fuel flow signal from the powertrain control module. If vehicle is running but not moving, the display will show 0 miles per gallon or 99 liters/100 kilometers. Instantaneous fuel economy cannot be reset.
