Front Brake Caliper & Pads: Installation

Push piston until it is fully seated in caliper bore. Install caliper and tighten mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Using 2 new copper washers, install brake hose. Apply a light coat of high-temperature grease between anti-rattle shims. Install brake pads and shims. Install springs and brake pad pins. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Refill and bleed system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
