Pinpoint Test P - Instantaneous Or Average Fuel Economy Always Indicates 0 Miles/Gal Or 99 Miles/Gal

Perform PINPOINT TEST K . Repair or replace as necessary. If speedometer is okay, go to next step.
Turn ignition off. Remove instrument cluster. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . Disconnect instrument cluster connector C3. Check for voltage signal at connector C3, pin No. 8 (Orange/Black wire). If voltage signal is present, replace instrument cluster. If voltage signal is not present, repair Orange/Black wire.
