Removal & Installation

Each switch located on the instrument panel is independently serviced. The miniature bulbs for the Message Center Control Assembly (MCCA) switch module, the head-lamp switch, and the autolamp/light switch rheostat resistor assembly can be serviced separately, see MESSAGE CENTER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (MCCA) SWITCH MODULE  , HEADLAMP SWITCH  , and/or AUTOLAMP/LIGHT SWITCH RHEOSTAT RESISTOR ASSEMBLY  .

The illumination lamps for the heated back window switch and light, rear window wiper/washer switch, hazard warning flasher switch, power E-AT switch, and the speed control actuator switch cannot be serviced separately. If the illumination lamp needs service, replace the individual switch, see HEATED BACK WINDOW SWITCH & LIGHT  , REAR WINDOW WIPER/WASHER SWITCH  , HAZARD WARNING FLASHER SWITCH  , POWER E-AT SWITCH  and/or SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR SWITCH  .
