C1: Observe Prove Out

Turn the ignition key from the OFF position to the RUN position and observe the display prove out. Does the instrument cluster prove out? If yes, the system is OK. If no, replace the instrument cluster. See ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
