AN6: Check Power Supply To Timer Module

With the ignition key in the OFF position, reconnect the headlamp switch connector. Disconnect the timer module connector located behind the left hand cowl side trim panel. With the headlamp switch in the parking lamp position, measure the voltage on the Pink wire at the timer module connector. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? If yes, replace the timer module. If no, service the Pink wire.
