AB1: Check low Washer Fluid Level Indicator Miniature Bulb

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the instrument cluster and the low washer fluid level indicator miniature bulb. Measure the continuity between the terminals of the low washer fluid level indicator miniature bulb. Does continuity exist? If yes, go to the next step. If no, replace the low washer fluid level indicator miniature bulb.
