AJ3: Check Oil Pressure Sender

With the ignition key in the OFF position, locate and disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector. Measure the resistance between the terminal of the oil pressure sensor and ground under the following conditions, see OIL PRESSURE RESISTANCE COMPARISON  .

OIL PRESSURE RESISTANCE COMPARISON

Engine Resistance
Running Greater Than 10,000 ohms
Off Less Than 5 ohms

Are the resistances correct? If yes, go to the next step. If no, replace the oil pressure sensor.
