Disassembly & Reassembly

  1. Remove the instrument panel. See INSTRUMENT PANEL  .
  2. Remove the right hand and left hand A/C side window demister and hoses.
  3. Remove the instrument panel reinforcement from the A/C registers.
  4. Remove the A/C registers.
  5. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
