Oil Pressure Sender Unit

Oil pressure is monitored by the oil pressure sensor, which is located on the oil filter adapter. When the oil pressure falls to approximately 5 psi (34 kPa), the oil pressure sensor closes the oil pressure lamp circuit, and the oil pressure indicator illuminates.
