Speedometer Does Not Convert From MPH to Km/h (All Others OK)

The most likely source of this problem is in the instrument cluster. If problem is found, replace instrument cluster. See ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
