Visual Inspection
- Visually inspect the components of the fuel gauge and low fuel warning system.
- Fuel gauge
- Fuel tank sending unit
- Blown fuse: 10A METER
- Damaged connectors
- Damaged low fuel warning lamp bulb
- Damaged instrument cluster printed
- Broken or loose wiring harness
- Corroded or poor connections
- Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections or damage.
- If fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and follow diagnostic procedure.
