Installation (1.3L)

Clean all gasket mating surfaces. Ensure surface is free of burrs, scratches and cracks. Replace all gaskets. Position gasket and manifold to cylinder head. Install bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE  at the end of this article. Reinstall marked hoses and wires. Connect accelerator cable and battery cable. Refill cooling system.
