Removal (1.3L)

Disconnect battery ground cable. Raise vehicle and drain engine oil. Remove flywheel housing dust cover. Remove oil pan retaining bolts, nuts and stiffeners. Rotate crankshaft while removing oil pan. Remove baffle plate from oil pan. Clean gasket mating surfaces thoroughly.
