Removal & Installation (All Other Models)

Disconnect battery ground. Pull headlight switch on. Reach under panel and press release button. Pull out knob and shaft. Remove bezel and nut. Pull down and disconnect wiring connector and vacuum lines (if equipped). To install, reverse removal procedure.

NOTE: On models with Autolamp headlight system, refer to Automatic Headlights, Ford Motor Co. Autolamp, in this section, for headlight switch and potentiometer service.
