Release parking brake fully. Place transmission in "N" and raise vehicle on axle type hoist. Tighten adjusting nut against cable equalizer or cable adjusting rod until rear brakes drag. Loosen adjusting nut until brakes turn freely, without drag. Tighten locknut to 7-10 ft. lbs. (if equipped), Lower vehicle and check brake operation.
