REPAIR MATERIALS

Remove

Position counterholder (4) on drive unit (6) as shown.
Attach counterholder (4) with nuts (5).
Remove screws (1, 2, 3) of centering flange (8) from rotor (7).
Remove centering flange (8) from rotor (7).
Replace centering flange (8) every time the engine and the transmission are disconnected from each other.

Install
Attach centering flange (8) to rotor (7) and tighten screws (1, 2, 3) slightly by hand.
Replace centering flange (8).
Tighten screws (1, 2, 3) in numerical order to torque stage 1.
Tighten screws (1, 2, 3) in numerical order to tightening angle stage 2.

Remove nuts (5) from counterholder (4).
Remove counterholder (4) from drive unit (6).
Grease pilot bushing (8) on plastic (arrow).
