Remove/Install Emergency Fresh-Air System Gas Sensor - AR86.10-P-0156SG

with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).    
2 Remove rear panel trim.   AR68.30-P-4750SG
3 Remove electrical fuse 5, special-purpose vehicles (F80/1f5), and electrical fuse 7, special-purpose vehicles (F80/1f7) from special-purpose vehicle fuse block (F80/1). IMPORTANT Special-purpose vehicle fuse block (F80/1) is located at top right in trunk, behind rear panel trim.
IMPORTANT This prevents the fire-extinguishing system from being triggered by mistake.

4 Remove air duct segment.    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE     AP83.00-P-8381I
5 Disconnect electrical connector and expose electric line (1).    
6 Remove screws (2).    
7 Remove irritant gas sensor (B30). INSTALLATION NOTES
Prevent pinching or kinks when routing electrical wiring harness of irritant gas sensor (B30).
Otherwise the electrical sub-harness can be damaged.
 
8 Install in the reverse order.
