Close valve (1) on auxiliary fitting (2).

Place suitable scale (5) on a level surface in vehicle.
The scale (5) should be in the vehicle. Otherwise the measurement results can be faulty.

Use a scale (5) with a precision of ± 1 g.
Connect glass piston (4) between air conditioning service unit and refrigerant circuit of refrigerator box and place on scale (5).
Close shutoff valves (6).
Open valve (1) on additional fitting (2).
Open shutoff valves (6) on glass piston (4).
Fill glass piston (4) with refrigerant.
As soon as the display on the scale (5) stabilizes, fills the hose and glass piston (4) completely with refrigerant.
Close valve (1) on auxiliary fitting (2).
Set display on scale (5) to "zero".

Open shutoff valve (6) at refrigerator box refrigerant compressor (3) and fill refrigerant circuit of refrigerator box with refrigerant .
Pay attention to display of scale (5).
Close shutoff valve (6) on refrigerator box refrigerant compressor (3).
