| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove left air filter housing. | AR09.10-P-1151SC | |
| 2 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) of ignition coil (T4/3). | ||
| 3 | Remove screws (2). | *BA15.10-P-1001-04D | |
| 4 | Pull out ignition coil (T4/3) upwards and remove. | ||
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) of ignition coil (T4/4). | ||
| 6 | Remove screws (4). | *BA15.10-P-1001-04D | |
| 7 | Pull out ignition coil (T4/4) upwards and remove. | ||
| Check | |||
| 8 | Check ignition coil (T4/3) and ignition coil (T4/4) for damage. | If they will be reused. If damage is present: ↓ Replace ignition coil (T4/3) and/or ignition coil (T4/4) with spark plug connectors. |

| 9 | Approx. Apply about 1 g of spark plug connector grease to the spark plug connector. | Apply spark plug connector grease to reduce pull-off and attachment forces Otherwise the spark plug connectors will be damaged upon renewed removal. |
