	Remove/install
1	Remove center and rear sections of lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105S
2	Remove bracket (1) of rear lower engine compartment lining.
3	Support the transmission.

	000 588 23 62 00 Mounting plate		WS26.00-P-0415B
4.1	Remove bolts (4a).	Engine 256 in model 223 except code M005 (Vehicles with 4MATIC/all-wheel drive)
Notice	Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process		AH00.00-P-0020-01A
		Screw, Transmission mount to bracket/transmission	*BA22.10-P-1004-03S
4.2	Remove bolts (4b).	Engine 256 in model 223 with code M005 (Vehicles with 4MATIC/all-wheel drive) Screw, Transmission mount to bracket/transmission	*BA22.10-P-1004-03S
5	Remove bolts (5) and remove transmission mount (3).	Screw, Transmission carrier to Frame floor assembly	*BA22.10-P-1003-03S
6	Install in the reverse order.
