| 1 | Release corresponding charge air cooler and place to one side with coolant lines connected. | Remove/install left water-cooled charge air cooler | AR09.41-P-6827SVZ |
| Remove/install right water-cooled charge air cooler | AR09.41-P-6828SVZ | ||
| 2 | Unscrew screw (7), remove spring U-bolt (8), and remove charge air pipe (6). | If right charge air pipe (6) is removed. |

| 3 | Unscrew screw (2), remove spring U-bolt (3), and remove charge air pipe (1). | If left charge air pipe (1) is removed. |

| 4 | Remove clamps (11) and charge air hose (12). | If charge air pipe (1, 6) is replaced. | |

| 5 | Check clamps (11) and charge air hose (12) for damage. | If damage is present: ↓ Replace clamps (11) and/or charge air hose (12). |
