Remove/Install Charge Air Pipe - AR09.41-P-1311SVZ

	Remove/install
1	Release charge air coolers and place to one side with coolant lines connected.	Remove/install left water-cooled charge air cooler	AR09.41-P-6827SVZ
		Remove/install right water-cooled charge air cooler	AR09.41-P-6828SVZ
2	Release clamp (2) and remove charge air pipe (1) upward.	Plug openings. Connection housing clamp at charge air cooler/electronic accelerator adjusting motor	*BA09.41-P-1013-01Q

3	Remove clamp (2) from charge air pipe (1).
	Clean
4	Clean and degrease inside of charge air pipe (1).	Use a lint-free dry cloth and cleaner. Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Check
5	Check charge air pipe (1) and clamp (2) for damage.	If damage is present: ↓ Replace charge air pipe (1) and/or clamp (2).
6	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the danger zone.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
