	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Slowly remove cap (1) and release overpressure.
2	Suck the coolant out of the low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir (2).	: Fill the coolant into the low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir (2). Hand pump	Fig 3
3	Release and disconnect electrical connector (3).
4	Disconnect coolant hoses (4).	Clamp	Fig 2
5	Remove coolant hoses (4) and collect escaping coolant in a suitable container.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
		Set of protective covers	Fig 4
6	Unclip the low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir with carrier (2) and remove.	: Check elastomer bearings (5), replace if necessary. Dismantling tool	Fig 1
7	Install in the reverse order.

8	Check low-temperature circuit for leak tightness.		AR09.41-P-1011SB
