Remove/Install Coolant Directional Control Valve - AR09.41-P-0131SVZ

| Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Drain off low-temperature circuit coolant. | AR09.41-P-6834SVZ | |
| 3 | Remove coolant lines (1, 2) from coolant directional control valve (Y97/1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector from coolant directional control valve (Y97/1). | ||
| 5 | Remove nuts (3). | ||
| 6 | Remove coolant directional control valve (Y97/1) upward out of engine compartment. | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. |
