WARNING Risk of injury  due to fan starting unexpectedly Do not reach into the rotation or hazard area of the fan. Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes. AS20.40-Z-0001-01A
WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Notice  Notes on coolant   AH20.00-P-2080-01KOA
  Notes on coolant level   AH20.00-P-1142-01CW
REMOVING Remove
1 Slowly unscrew cap (1) at coolant expansion reservoir (2) and release overpressure if necessary.
2 Check coolant level and antifreeze content of coolant. FLUID SPECIFICATION Cooling system *BF20.00-P-1001-02MA
3 Screw tester cap (3) onto coolant expansion reservoir (2). SPECIAL TOOL Test cap Fig 1
4 Connect pressure pump (4) at tester cap (3). SPECIAL TOOL Test cap Fig 1
SPECIAL TOOL Pressure pump Fig 2
INSPECT Check
5 Apply test pressure to low-temperature circuit for 2 min. NOTES
Do not exceed the specified test pressure.
Otherwise the cooling system can get damaged.
IMPORTANT There should be no pressure loss within a period of 2 minutes.
Test pressure for pressure-testing the low-temperature circuit
*BE20.30-P-1001-01D
6 Perform visual check of coolant-carrying component parts and connecting points for condition and coolant loss. Where pressure loss is detected.
INSTALLING Install
7 Drain off overpressure via valve at pressure pump (4). SPECIAL TOOL Pressure pump Fig 2
8 Unscrew pressure pump (4) from tester cap (3). SPECIAL TOOL Test cap Fig 1
SPECIAL TOOL Pressure pump Fig 2
9 Unscrew tester cap (3) from coolant expansion reservoir (2). SPECIAL TOOL Test cap Fig 1
10 Check coolant level and antifreeze content of coolant; correct if necessary. FLUID SPECIFICATION Cooling system *BF20.00-P-1001-02MA
11 Screw cap (1) onto coolant expansion reservoir (2).
