Unlock/Lock Coolant Expansion Reservoir Connector Coupling - AR20.30-P-0010-02SC

Engine 176 in model 223 

Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Unlock 

1. Using a suitable tool, press in actuation ring (1) and keep pressed.
2. Pull out hose connection (2).
3. Relieve actuation ring (1).

   Lock 

4. Insert hose connection (2) into connector coupling and press in up to end stop under low force expenditure.

   Locking takes place noiselessly and is not noticeable.

5. Check for correct locking by gently pulling at hose connection (2).
